Sikander Pandit is a distinguished missile design consultant and missile system engineer with an extensive career spanning over a decade. With a foundation in advanced missile technology, Sikander has made significant contributions to the field, particularly in missile guidance, navigation, and control systems. Sikander began his career at Bharat Dynamics Limited as a missile system engineer for seven years. During this time, he excelled in designing and implementing sophisticated six-degree-of-freedom (6DoF) models, essential for precise missile control. His expertise extended to developing autopilot systems and guidance laws, which he meticulously validated through rigorous real-flight trials. 

Following his tenure at Bharat Dynamics, Sikander took on the role of GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) Engineer at JSR Dynamics. Here, he played a pivotal role in the cruise missile development program, overseeing every stage from conceptual design to detailed implementation. His responsibilities encompassed six-degree-of-freedom modeling, autopilot and guidance system design, hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS), and flight trials. Sikander’s proficiency in post-flight analysis allowed him to evaluate missile performance comprehensively and drive system optimization efforts.
